Environmental requirements of CNC lathe

2. Power requirements
General CNC lathe installed in the machining workshop, not only the environmental temperature changes greatly, the use of poor conditions, and a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the installation of CNC lathe position, the need for strict control of power supply voltage. The fluctuation of power supply voltage should be within the allowable range and keep relatively stable. Otherwise, it will affect the normal work of CNC system.
3. Temperature conditions
The environment temperature of CNC lathe is less than 30 ℃, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there are exhaust fans or air coolers in the CNC electric control box to keep the working temperature of electronic components, especially the CPU constant or the temperature difference changes little. Too high temperature and humidity will reduce the life of control system components and increase the number of faults. With the increase of temperature and humidity, more dust will bond on the integrated circuit board and lead to short circuit.
4. Standardize the use of machine tools
When using the machine tool, users should pay attention not to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of machine tool components. Only the gap compensation parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Users are not allowed to replace the machine tool accessories at will, such as using the hydraulic chuck beyond the specification.
When setting accessories, manufacturers should fully consider the matching of parameters in each link. Blind replacement results in mismatching of parameters in various links, and even unexpected accidents. The pressure of hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tool rest, hydraulic tailstock and hydraulic oil cylinder shall be within the allowable stress range and shall not be increased arbitrarily.
