1. The wall thickness should be uniform as far as possible, and the stripping angle should be large.
2. The transition should be gradual and smooth.
3. Gate. The runner should be as wide and short as possible, and the gate position should be set according to the shortening of condensation process. If necessary, the cooling well should be added.
4. Mold surface should be bright, low roughness (preferably 0.8 lower)
5. It is necessary to meet the requirements of vent hole and groove to discharge air and gas in melt in time
6. In addition to pet, the wall thickness should not be too thin, generally not less than 1 mm
